Please help with my DVD!!!

When you say things have 'gone out of Sync', have you made any changes to your setup recently? For example have you changed DVD players, TV or added a Surround sound system recently. It is far more likely to be related to this than the DVD disk. It's likely a setting that needs to be changed and nothing more.

Can you describe your setup in detail, i.e. make and model etc? We can then get down to what the issue may be.

How are you connecting the Toshiba to the television, are you using Scart or Component? Also as mentioned before, has anything in your setup changed from before? Is the DVD player a different one is it the one you have had for years. Have any changes been made to the settings since you last played the disk. The Toshiba SD-190 has no A/V synch feature that could send the audio out of synch so that is out as a possibility.
