hello,

with all my bother with sky customer service, i thought i should turn to av forums for advice.

i wish to have install:

3 sky hd box,
1 sky+
and 1 basic sky installed.

sky have told me that this is possible, but when they arrived to install, they said our roof didnt fit health and safety stands! so ive done some research and i am looking to install myself. i understand i can buy a quad lnb that allows 8 connections. for my wanted set up i need 9. does anyone have any ideas? i personally dont want a second dish.

the link above is information on how sky connect so may sky boxes to one dish. does anyone know where to get the such connectors?

any advice would be very grateful!!

thanks dave

A quad LNB will only allow four connections. An OCTO LNB will give eight.

I think that an octo is the largest you can get so for nine you may be looking at another dish. I wait to be corrected on that though.
