    Guys,

I am just about ready to scream and throw things!

I just spent the last few hours transferring some DV footage onto my Toshiba RDXS32 and then editing it all into the right order by creating a Playlist...

    However

I just went to burn the playlist to DVD and it wont let me as there are apparently too many chapters! I only read it in the small print afterwards that you cannot have more than 99 chapters per title!

The joke is I don't need all those chapters (they were automatically created when I transferred the footage via I-link)
So is there any way I can remove all the chapter breaks without having to re-edit the whole :censored: thing? I wouldn't care if there weren't any chapters at all to be honest as long as I can transfer it to DVD and haven't just wasted my day!! :(

    :lease:

See the manual - page 94 - on merging chapters. If you merge a chapter with the previous/next you are deleting the chapter break! You could merge all of the chapters if you want to.

Of course I am not sure what this will do to the Playlist ...

    Good luck!

That worked perfectly. There was a 'merge all chapters' command. I thought that it must be possible, but I couldn't find it anywhere in the instructions - I find that manual really hard to navigate! :(

    Thanks again.
