I really Need you help please.

I need a headset as follows:

1. Wireless
2. Rechargeable
3. Stereo Sound or above
4. MIC with Noise cancellation
5. USB connection
6. Needs to be Comfortable

Application I am going to use it for:

1. Speech recognition (Dragon Software)
2. Listening to music
3. Playing game

I have seen the Plantronics .Audio 995 and PLANTRONICS CS361N, but I am not sure. I need someone with experience.
