I purchased a 29" LG tv for the bedroom about 12 months ago and had it connected to the network via Wi-Fi.
All was working well for six months until it suddenly stopped seeing my router in the next room despite all other devices connecting to Wi-Fi with full strength. I put this down to a poor Wi-Fi receiver in the tv.
Last week we upgraded broadband to fibre and got a new router as part of the package. Now my tv will at least show my router in the available networks but still won't attach wirelessly.
Can anybody recommend a way forward?
There's the option to manually add the network on the tv which includes adding ip / dchp addresses/ other specific info.
Or I could try network power plugs but I'd rather avoid having to do that if I'm honest.
Maybe this is a network issue in terms of my routers settings? Using most recent Sky Hub
Ive factory reset the tv to no avail
