hello i own a pioneer receiver VSX-816 and i would like some help..i have just bi-amp my front speakers..now when i go through quick setup it ask how many speakers (i only have 5.1) i have. But now that i have bi-amped my front speakers should i select 7.1..
another thing is after i bi-amp i ran MCACC, just to set everything up. After setting everything up, i have found that i have to turn up my volume alot more to hear the same level i used to have. My surround back is set to front bi-amp...Im just wondering what the problem is...

OK now for my biggest problem.. I tried to connect my Playstation 3 into the ports out front but every time i touch the yellow cable to the correct port there is a snapping sound in the speakers..It sounds like a short circuit, how do i fix that.

    Thanks for all the help
