    Hi,

Can anybody help. I am trying to set up my panasonic e55. I have put the scart leads where suggested. I can watch cable through my tv and watch a dvd, but the channel set up won't start. My first attempt the channel set up could not find any channels, so I moved the scart and now all I get is a blank grey screen.

Do you also have an RF lead for your analogue channels in addition to the scarts?

Channel set up will only find channels through RF frequencies, not AV scarts.

Easiest way is probably to remove the aerial plug at the back of the TV and connect that to RF IN on the E55.

Then use the black lead supplied with the DVD recorder to connect E55 RF OUT to the televisions aerial socket.

    Hi,

follow up to post re panny e55 tuning. I can now get terrestial channels through tv and recorder, but can only seem to get audio for cable channels, or at best scrambled signal.
