I have just bought a Goodmans GDVD300R and I would appear to have a serious problem. When making a DVD+RW recording from my Sky+ box, via the non-RGB scart input, I am getting blue flashes on anything that is moving fast on the screen. As you can imagine this a big issue when watching an action sequence, but also just when someone is doing somehting like running or clapping their hands. So my questions are: Is this a normal problem for DVD+R recorders, or just for budget models or just for this model. Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be a fault with my specific machine or the 300R in general? If it is this model, can anyone tell me one that doesn't do this? Everyone raves about the Panasonic E55, but DVD-RAM discs are so expensive. Its a shame, because other than this MAJOR glitch, its quite a good machine. Its not like they advertise on the box, "Surpasses VCR quality, as long as nothing moves on screen!" Not really a selling point! Thanks for your help.
