So I've just had confirmation from PlayUSA that my order has been shipped. I've not looked at their website for over 8 months, so intrigued I logged in to see my account history. They've sent me the same two films I bought from them on my one and only order with them.
Where do I stand with this, do I have the right to demand my money back immediately as they've obviously messed up their end.
I also have no way of contacting them as all my emails i'm sending to either sales or returns are bouncing back.
