Playuk will no longer be as of the 30th September 2002.

I wonder how many more channels will start to disappear due to the fall off in advertising income. There are so many tv channels nowadays it can't be easy to attract advertisers.

The ads you do get are crap as well. Go on holiday, get credit for a car that works out at about 50% apr and then an ad showing you how to clear your debts with a loan!! Clear you debts with a loan - something wrong there methinks.....

Well they did lose 1.5 million subscribers earlier this year!

I can't say I really watch anything on Play anyway. I used to watch E4 when it first launched, but there has been nothing on it at all recently!
