Hiya, First of all, I'm not complaining. Play are my supplier of choice and have given me first class service every time. I was just wondering - and this no doubt applies to other companies as well - how do they make enough money to keep going?!? With the slowly rising cost of discs in the High Street - Gladiator and Fight Club are £25 in some places - then surely Play are making a loss on a lot of the discs they sell at less than £18. Even DVD Plus with their inspired cost price e-tip system are more expensive in most cases after adding postage! How do they do it?!?
