Play are the muts nuts,200 dvds and no problems at all,all you need is patience lads,

I find that I rarely bother checking round other retailers now.<br />You can waste a lot of time only to find that Play were the cheapest anyway.<br />R1 priced in GBP with no postage <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
I agree that play are superb but they do have there bad times as well - for instance I ordered 2 cds that were listed in stock about a week ago but on my account it just "order taken".
Another poor bit of customer service is I ordered the Godfather trilogy at the beginning of August for about £44 but on my account it now says £46.
I have emailed twice but no explanation yet as to why the price has increased from the amount when ordered (I know box set has gone up but play generally honor prices even if big diff like on Karate Kid tril £15.99 instead of £29.99)
I also use Future and they match plays prices (often cheaper) but they have discs in stock 1-2 weeks before play, but as I have used different cards with them (managing finances!!) they often charge the wrong one (ie. not the one I put on the order form!)
I only use Play now, cant fault their service and i´ve never had any problems with them, good prices too.

No, I don't bother with Play much for stuff that I can order from <a href="http://www.ezydvd.com.au" target="_blank">EzyDVD</a> for abour £12-£13 when play are charging £15 for basically the same disc.
<a href="http://www.play.com" target="_blank">Play</a> is for stuff that I can get in R2 only (I don't buy R1). I use <a href="http://www.ezydvd.com.au" target="_blank">EzyDVD</a> for stuff that can be bought in R2 and for R4 only stuff. If an Australian version was inferior to British, I would go British.
generally have not had problems with play however for the last week and a half 2 of my dvds have been just processing its very frustrating as i the option to cancel is not there and their not the quickest for replying to emails.
has anyone noticed the difference in region one and two simpsons prices did the just bugger the original region one price up? i cant see any diffrences between the two regions.
