Hi Guys, My LOTR Box set has been at packing for 3 days now. I'm just of the phone from PLAY who now say that it wont be despatched until Friday and I wont in all likelihood receive the disks until next Wednesday ! Complained and asked if they would be reviewing the "packing" status policy and was told no they have simply been overloaded with too many orders. I was assured that they have the disks in stock. When I asked about cancellation I was told I couldnt - what I could do was return the disk unopened for a refund. My days of using Play for pre-orders are gone !
