I had placed about 4 orders with Play at the end of April. All were posted on the 1st or 2nd of May and arrived over the next 10 days. Fastes was 2 days last was 10 days. One DVD never made it though so I rang them this morning to get it resent and the guy at Play told me that they had been having a lot of problems during the early May period where "some items just didn't get posted and are sitting in the warehouse, even though the system says they have gone" (this is a direct quote !!!!). They have re-ordered it for me but its a bit worrying that they know they have a problem but havn't done anything to inform their customers until they ring up. I wouldn't mind but the lost disk was the only one "In Stock" when I placed the orders.
