    Does anyone know if I would be caught by Customs, if I ordered a DVD box set from Play.com's UK site?

    No you dont pay a penny as its from Jersey(UK).

    actually you do! Jersey is VAT free, the UK isn't. i've had to pay import duty on something from play before.

    If its an R2 dvd which is what play.com sell then it will have VAT paid on the parcel - If its an R1 from Playusa.com then theres a very high risk of charges.
