    Ever since they updated their site I can't order anything online - nothing will add to my Checkout Cart! Never had any problems before.
    Anyone else having any similar problems?

    I order Lawrence Of Arabia from Play on Tuesday no problems at all. Strange :confused: Have you e-mailed them?

    No problem here either. Just ordered Cross of Iron R2 @ £10.99 :)

    What browser are you using?

    I've had problems on Play using Netscape 4.7, but it's been fine with IE 5.0.

    I've used the latest versions of IE and Netscape on the play site with no problems.

    I had this problem too,but if try right click on add to cart and press open link in new window. It seemed to work for me.

    emailing play 247 and getting no reply - why that's a first :D

    Why not ditch them and go elsewhere? I've been using discemporium and futureentertainment and they'r eboth excellent and reliable

    i got a reply......they told me i needed to update my browser, but also said it would take about 2 hours......so sod them! i'm going to future entertainment!

    I did have a reply from them a few days ago - simply asking what browser I am using. Having told them (IE 5.5) I have had no further response. They have always previously been reliable for me and so I've been willing to be patient but they have already lost one order which I got from Future Entertainment (no problems ordering online there!!) Clearly they will lose further orders if the problem isn't resolved soon! One can be patient only so long!!!

    try dropping the internet security setting lower to accept the cookie.

    Just a thought. Check the time/date etc in windows. I had some trouble the other week (after formating windows etc) i somehow set the date to 2029! plus the wrong time....
    Nothing would let me store cookies, as the program thought they had expired! (only eight to years old!)...Paul

    Pleased to report that Play 247 appear to have now sorted the problem out - items now add to the Shopping Cart!!! It must have been a problem with their new site layout - it was nothing to do with my browser after all!
