Hey all,

Now usually I don't mind having a go at something like this myself but I just know someone with experience would do a much better job than myself.

It's a very standard install: a 50 inch plasma weighing ~23kg to be installed on a internal wall.

House is a new build (I presume an industry standard wall thickness is used), the wall is plasterboard which separates our front room with the downstairs washroom.

I have read endless guides and 'theories' on how to do this best. Some say use the claw style bolts which open up behind the wall, others say create a hole in the wall behind the TV and bolt other pieces of wood to make a sturdy fixing plate for the TV bracket.

Others say non of this is needed and just use the fixings that come with the bracket.

Basically, I just want someone to come in and do this for me - but I need to know how a pro would go about fitting it?

Anyone have any ideas as to how much I would be looking at paying for this work to be done?

Oh, I am in the Rochdale area if anyone can recommend someone.
