I have been deciding whice plasma to buy panny phd7, nec mx3 or pioneer mxe1 for months than I see the 50" dlp sagem showing hd material granted but the PQ was very impressive indeed. Now I am looking at these tv's. They are hd ready (1280 x 720) are all at least 46" and to my eyes the PQ is comparable via DVD (sky can look worse on some channels but not all) and you get all this for £2000 or less (for 46"-50"). I have not seen the rain bowing mentioned in other parts of this forum, so am I missing something here?
    Thanks
    Jim

the Optoma RD50 is £2k for a 50" but like all RTPV is not as slim as plasma or wall mountable (but are very good displays for the money) they have there own issues and you need to read up on them before you buy but go demo mate
