Can any one point me in the direction of a responible Plasma TV (38" or Pref 40") for £800 or Less. I have looked on Richer Sounds but after reading this site i thought i better sign up and ask for more information.

What wrong with RS i have been there before and got brilliant service.

Are either of the following Plasma's any good

Hitachi 42PD8A10

Philips 42PF5331

Or can anyone give a better tv for the same money. Oh yeah and i would like to buy it today or tomorrow if possible

Cheers

The Panny's and Pioneer's are generally regarded as the best Plasma brands; albeit the Pioneer's will be out of your budget. The new 37" Panasonic might be worth a look, the TH-37PX70 can be had for £830 delivered, on-line. The older PX60 series 42" can also be had in your price range. £800 from PC World with cabinet stand.

There are long user threads on both these models in the Plasma forum.
