Plasma- smaller pixels?

One thing I don't like about Plasma is the large pixel size (something like 1mm?)

At my viewing distance I can see the pixels (a CRT RPTV beats it for detail)

Any info on newer Plasma panels which have pixel size to rival a PC monitor?)

That's exactly what put me off, great huge squares cleary visible at several feet.

Things have changed and resolutions are getting better all the time.

My Pioneer MXE has better resolution than most current cathode ray tube sets.

I've just seen a Plasma with two dead pixels- I haven't got great eyesight- but I could see the fixed black pixels at 7-8 foot. It really annoyed me, even for 5-10 mins.
