For 37" in a plasma TV, there is only one as its the only one available. The Panasonic TH37-PX60.

Are these screens any good? Picture wise and feature wise.

I don't want to get a rubbish tele becuase that will be the center of the setup

I'm pretty much in the same situation as you in terms of size and budget. As said above there is only the PX60 and PX600 (same panel, but with different features) at 37". It may be worth considering whether you can live with a 42", because your options seem to open up then, with the Panasonic PH9 panel and the Pioneer 427 being good examples of very good displays at around your budget.

The PX displays are very good, if rather plain looking (IMO). The main negative would be the purple snakes that people seemingly get on certain content. Read the giant thread about it.

    Panasonic 37PX60B.
Great tv with all the connections you need (and more) and well within your budget.

Yea them Panny's don't look to good to be honest, until they get the Snake issue sorted i think i will give that a miss.

What is the Sammy/Sony screens like are they worth a look? If so which model(s)!!

    Thanks for the continued help
