If you watch alot of logoed channels I would go with LCD- zero chance of screen burn.

Oh that's a nice system you'll have- Plasma, LCD screen and a projector. Shame about the Bo.... ;-) :p

If your main movie viewing is on a Projector, perhaps you don't really need a huge TV? If you go below 32 inch, you're pretty well limited to LCD anyway. I'm an LCD fan, personally. You could do a lot worse than the Samsung LW22A13 22 incher.

    Shame about the Bo.......

Did I not say "If you watch alot of logoed channels I would go with LCD- zero chance of screen burn"

Maybe if we harp on enough about a certain speaker package you'll get the drift. Or maybe not- look past the marketing bull by Bose dealers and listen to a proper system (and by that it doesn't need to be expensive) I think you'll throw the Bose into the bin.

If he likes is speakers then that is all that matters. Neither you nor I have to like them as well. And, as with all things, personal taste is more important than the views of others.

philb: enjoy your Bose. Hope you find a TV that suits.
