Does anyone have any advice on how to minimise plasma IR interference? Sometimes my remote doesn't work for my NTL box (everything else seems to be OK) unless I go up really close to the box. Once I even switched off the plasma just to change channels, and then switched the plasma back on again!

I don't mind trying IR relay systems, etc.

Place a piece of black electrical tape over the IR receiver on your NTL box.

This should be adequate to stop the IR interference passing through but will allow the high power output from your cable box to pass through!! This should work but depends just how bad it is.

Alternatively stop watching bright scenes on your plasma
