hi, im in the market for a 42" plasma and i dont know where to start! i have heard all sorts of stories about them not being as sharp as crt televisions and being full of digital processing that makes the pic even worse! So i have £1500 to spend and need to know which to go for?

the panasonic plasmas are very good. my 37" is a lot better than my panasonic 28pm11 crt. the 42" pwd8 is around £1500 with an input board but you need speakers.
a lot of people are happy with their lg 42" but ive not seen these running.
