I placed an order with, and the item now seems to be 'unavailable'. They took immediate payment for the order, and I have now sent two e-mails requesting cancellation of the order and a refund, but have not heard anything from them. Has anyone had any dealings with this R4 retailer, and what were your experiences? If I don't hear anything from them soon, I will have to ask my credit card company to take recovery steps.
