Hi all i wanted to ask a question about a centre speaker, i have loaned a demo of a iq60 kef and the problem is that the speaker is larger than my other kef 95c.

My tv stand sits out to far as the centre is big i had to place half the speaker on the stand and the other half over hangs and has a 1 1/2inch gap from the tv stand so i placed a single ruber stoper at the front bottem of the centre to keep it up.

so the question is would this effect the sound quality from the centre as the whole speaker is not sitting flat on a top of a tv unit or would this be ok.

    thanks

The IQ60 usually comes with rubber feet which Kef say is to isolate the speaker the stand. Also take a look at this thread, in my case it improved the sound greatly.
