Question Placement of 5.1.2 system (incl. upfiring Atmos-enabled speakers)

Hi guys!

I've recently bought an Atmos-enabled set of Onkyo speakers (SKS-HT588) and I'm about to buy some stands for them. My ear level is at about 105 cm (42 inches) while sitting. How high should I place the front speakers (speaker height: 47 cm/18,8", Atmos-enabled) and the surround speakers (speaker height: 23 cm/9,2")? The room is about 270cm/108" high, the couch is about 250cm/100" from the TV.
There will be also a cabinet below the TV with the center speaker of course.

I attached some photos of the room.

I would be really grateful for any feedback! Thanks! :)
