I have a Panny 100 PJ I'm very happy with. But a friend wants me to buy her a PJ solely to be used for presentations, driven by a laptop. Just PowerPoint and similar.

I think brightness is my only concern. My well be in an office with windows and not blacked-out by any means. How bright is good?? Would 1500 ANSI be alright?

Anyone done this and can help me.

    Thanks.

Our youth group bought this model: Panasonic PT-LB10SE
It has 2000 lumens and cost us just over a grand delivered. And although, we've only used it for one week, it seems to do the job very nicley. Looks great through a PC, however, native resolution is SVGA, which is fine for us. Overall though, it gives a big bright picture in the daylight hours.
