In September, at least in the USA, Anchor Bay Home Entertainment will bring Piranha 3DD to Blu-ray. John Gulager (Feast) takes over directing duties from Alexandre Aja (Mirrors) for this sequel to 2010's Piranha, which follows the species of carnivorous fish as they travel from Lake Victoria to a nearby water park, where they proceed to terrorize the park's unsuspecting visitors.
Christopher Lloyd (Back to the Future), Paul Scheer (The League), and Ving Rhames (Con Air) reprise their roles from the earlier film, and they are joined by a cast that includes Danielle Panabaker (Friday The 13th), David Koechner (Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy), Katrina Bowden (Tucker & Dale vs. Evil), Gary Busey (Lethal Weapon), and David Hasselhoff (StarCrash) as himself.
Anchor Bay's Blu-ray 3D/Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Copy combo pack presents the film in its 1.85:1 original aspect ratio with a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track. The disc also contains the following supplements:
