my pie and ear 360 causes RGB pictures to be tinted green :thumbsdow it does it with both R1 and R2 discs. when i step the signal down to composite, the green goes away. i've checked the connection and they are secure and in place. does anyone know what causes this effect and who's at fault, the player, the tv or the cable?

    it is rather infuriating

This sounds like you may have connected the player to a tv input that is expecting component video. Either that or your dvd player is outputting component (if capable) and not RGB. I'd double check these things first.

the dvd player is set to RGB and the tv doesn't have component enabled scart.

Have you tried swapping the SCART cable for a different one to rule out the cable?
