Pioneer xv-DV303

    Can anyone please advise me about a Pioneer XV-DV303 DVD Player and Receiver i have bought. It is to go with a Pano TX32PL10 Tv. The speakers that came with it are S-DV303. I am new to home theatre and this package is my first attempt. Will it be ok for a low budget starter? Any advise on how best to connect and set up..

    For a sub £350 integrated dvd/hifi system its one of the best out there. Especially considering that it has a DD/DTS/PLII decoder built in & packs a 450w output:D :D :D

    TV Hook-up:

    A)Hook it up using a S-video Cable
    or
    B)Use a S-Video >> Scart wired connector. (About £20 for a good one)

    Audio:

    Connect VCR/Satellite to the unit using L/R phono leads (makes the most of the PLII output; basically it will make a 2ch L/R audio signal sound like Dolby Digital.. ish :D )
