Pioneer XRP60C Not responding to component selection input but has power

Hi,

Have a Pioneer Stero - XR-P60C that has it's display power up and the component selection activate but the related component itself doesn't
activate.

Ie. Select the CD, tape, radio, or aux and the corresponding component indicator switch lights up, but the component itself doesn't work.

The unit itself powers up but there is a funny double 'click' when i do so.

I am wondering if there is a fuse or something that needs to be replaced.
