Pioneer wont play cassettes

I have a Pioneer head unit and is original with an 1987 BMW 325i convertible, so its 22 years old.

The radio works, its just when you play a cassette its seems to eject it and wont play.

How do I fix this?

remove stereo by inserting clips to each side.

these are the clips which are on the inside

remove stereo and remove cover to front of steeo. i think its held down by 2 screws. both at the back.

look towards the right hand side of the stereo if you are looking at it as you have shown in the pic and you should see a black spring push the spring towards the rear of the stereo and insert a cassette. That should sort it. Its almost ALWAYS a spring fault with these.
