Hi
I think all Members who are thinking of purchasing a second hand pioneer screen should be aware.
Pioneer warranties are not transferable
As with all warranty claims with pioneer all products should be returned to the dealer where they are purchased along with warranty registration number and original receipt.
Unless a seller agrees to take back a product for you in the event of a fault you should take it that the item you are buying second hand has no warranty.
Saying this might put some people off purchasing a second hand unit but I can say from personal experience working in the Home installation game that Pioneer products are extremely reliable and have very few problems with screens. Most faults are caused by the owners of the screens.
