Pioneer VSX-LX305 Input Lag

I am experiencing approx 100ms of input lag when running video through the receiver.
When running video directly to TV the input latency is about 10ms.
I did not have this issue with my Denon AVR-S920W as it has a low latency mode.

The only solution I have found is to run the Xbox X and PS5 directly to the TV and use eARC for audio.

TV LG OLED G1 series with HDMI 2.1

Quote from the Pioneer website

“ULTIMATE 4K GAMING EXPERIENCE

4K/120 enables ultra-fast motion UHD images to be crisp and razor-sharp; and sports, action movies, and high-performance gaming benefit significantly. This receiver supports higher performance from streaming devices like the latest Apple TV.”

Any success with resolving the latency? I was thinking of getting this same receiver, to fit between a PC and the TV. This model is supposed to have both VRR and ALLM, did playing around wiht the settings or ports help?

No and no help from Pioneer.

I have my Box Series X and PS5 connected to the TV, I’m using eARC for audio.

Dolby Atmos is not working in this configuration and the TV is set to passthrough.

There is an option to disable the OSD on the Pioneer, but I have not had time to test it.

I’ll post an update.
