Hi all Im a newbie here and have a problem,,Today I bought a pioneer VSX-AX4ASi,,first time Ive owned a pioneer amp,,Now Im aware theyres a lot of settings in these units and as there should be,,but I have one simple problem,,When it comes to listening to audio and say the kickdrum or snare are hit the volume tends to go down for that split second,,almost like a preampturned way up on an equalizer but the volume is low,,sort of fades out when theyres an accented part of a song,,I know theyres heaps of settings as I said but can anyone give me some basic pointers as to what could be causing this,,Im not really into listening to music in any sort of surround rather have an older amp with a bass treble and a loudness button,,I feel the sound gets too lost and muddy in surround so this is for a stereo type sound,,Thanks in advance If anyone can give me some pointers
