First, I would like to say that I have very little knowledge about sound systems and if something is wrong with my plans, please don't let me make bad decision 
I am planing to assemble custom system that contains:
5 x car speakers (Kenwood KFC-M6944A [110W RMS] or similar)
Car subwoofer (Kenwood KFC-W300S [120W RMS] or similar)
Amplifier PIONEER VSX-421-K or Yamaha RX-V350
I am interested in car speakers because I would like those to be built-in in my furniture. Similar to the photo below.
1. Is there something wrong with my plan?
2. I can buy used Yamaha RX-V350 for 210$ or new PIONEER VSX-421-K for 280$. Is the Yamaha worth 210$, or I should go with the Pioneer?
3. The system will be used in 12m² (130ft²). Is it too powerful?
