I have a pioneer vsa-e07 and when i place a dvd into the player DIAL.NORM appears on the display followed by offset +or- 4dB, i know this means that the amplifiers output is 4 dB over the average recorded level, how do i adjust it to be equal?

How do i +or- the OFFSET?

    Any help would be appreciated.
