Hi All,
After some advice. I have owned my Pioneer SC-LX85 since Aug 2013 (bought from sevenoaks). It's recently developed a fault. Im getting Video but no Audio and UE22 error code is flashing on the display..
Called Sevenoaks and they said I'd have to get it sent to a Pioneer repair centre. I've done this and the main system board needs replacing which will cost £442...ouch!!
My prediciment is should I pay to get it fixed or get it back and buy a £400 receiver so have warranty for a few years?
Would a £400 Receiver bought now be as good as sounding as my Pioneer.(2011 model, but Pioneers refernce amp at the time)
BTW, im not interested in Dolby Atmos or any other features other than quality of sound and the ability to drive my existing B&W 600 series speakers and SVS 400w sub??
Any advice greatly welcomed
cheers
