If Technics decided to pursue a design copyright claim, I think they'd have a strong case.
Not fond of the white finish - it suits some Av equipment (speakers especially) but make this look like a cheap toy.

Virtually every DJ turntable out there looks exactly like this - Stanton, Reloop, Audio Technica, Pioneer, Sony, Denon, and countless other DJ turntables. They are all virtually identical except for a few details under the hood.

If it was a choice between this and the ATLP-5 which should I go for? I'm giving up on my old Goldring GR-2 as it's pitch stability has gone off, tried new belts, sub-platter and bearings and nothings cured it. I already have several carts I could fit, Ortofon Red, Blue, Nagaoka MP110, Goldring 1012gx and Cambridge 640p or XTZ D3 amps built in phono stage.
