    Hi

New to the forum so go easy on me! :hiya:

Anyway, I've just inherited my brothers broken Pioneer plasma.
    Model number is PDP433HDE.

Anyway the problem is that when its powered on the pixels "light up" ie there is a faint flicker of the pixels but that is all. My brother thinks it might be a power issue whereby the internal fuses of the screen are shutting down in order to stop a surge? Personally I think its a media controller issue.

Anyone experienced anything like this or can recommend a good Pioneer repairer in the Sheffield area?

    cheers
    Chris
