Ok, which one is the best? I'm prob going to go for the Pioneer as it's on offer at Richer Sounds with Speakers & Stand - but is it any good? In my copy of best plasma it's not rated very well  Would I find any real problems with it??

    Help!!!

Can´t you tell by yourself which is the right one? If you demo the 435 and you find it OK then go for it.

Regarding the PV500, I can tell you that is definately has better contrast resulting in slightly better colours and much better black levels than the Pio.

But always buy the one that suites YOU best. :smashin:

your willing to spend thousands on a tv yet you cant be bothered doing your own research :suicide: the true test is to view it with your own eyes anyway imho but if you cant be arsed doing a search and reading i doubt you can summon enough energy to actually order one :rotfl: add to that you have to actually set it up yourself  or do you have some mug doing it for your exhausted self :rotfl:

besides this is one of your replys from 2 weeks ago

so do you actually have a screen or what

    Hi Silverback

I agreed the deal with JL a while back. I have since not received the undersales agreement, which is a real problem. I got back onto them but they say they have no record of the conversation (If I only hadn't lost all the details I already had ie, number and name of person I spoke with, then I'm sure all would be ok). I have since been back onto them and they have agreed to do their price match with JL Trafford as they recon they know who I spoke to.

Now I'm in the situation where I'm still waiting for the new agreement, but will it come through? I'm now despirate for a TV, so hence my very vague post about the Pioneer (I should of known it would sound arrogant and get stick fot it - very sorry about that).

Anyway I actually have reasearched the plasmas for ages, trouble is it can become even more confusing on this forum. Sometimes there can be too much info here. I thought this post to be spot on in the Hi Def area:

    http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=230733

Anyway, good luck to all with buying one...

PS: If the postman doesn't have the letter today then I'm sold on the Pioneer (the more I look at it the more I love it).

    Paul
