Hi,

I'm in a bit of a predicament  I have just bought the PDP435FDE with 5 years warranty for £2134, it is being delivered Tueday, but my gut feeling is that I should cancel the order, and wait until the PDP436XDE becomes a reasonable price.

PEOPLE, WHAT SHOULD I DO :lease:

If you go to the Pioneer website you can do a comparison of the Two products features side by side. Check that and see if the differences bother you to much.

Heres what I've been thinking :D

My 5 year gaurantee covers for accidental damage, and If it can't be repaired they will give me the latest model, providing they can't get hold of the model that I have ordered.

So, say I wait a couple of months until all the PDP435 range dissapear, and then accidentaly tip a vase of water down the back of the plasma, Bob's your uncle, fanny's your aunt, I get the PDP436 for a stupid price

Good Idea :D

May be a good idea in principal, but certainly not to post it publically :suicide:

Why, are the fraud police stalking the forums?

Good idea, but might be a good idea to phone them, tell them you have blown your plasma up, ask what they will do about it, and THEN give it the vase treatment

You never can tell???

I wonder why all insurance premiums are so bloody high, perhaps they take into account all the fraudulant claims & then your honest Joe public ends up paying for their new screens / whatever indirectly

Can you tell my car insurance premium has just gone up (again).

I decided to go for the 436. LE Concepts are doing it for £2499 with 3 yrs warranty.
