Hi all,
Hope you can help.
My Pioneer PDP-436SXE lost sound last night, but only when watching through the HDMI and scart lead connections. When watching through DTV, (built in Digital TV) the sound is fine.
I have tried changing SKY HD box and then trying the Xbox, but still no sound. I have changed port for the scart lead but no joy.
What could this be? Is there a sound card that may have failed inside which is only used for HDMI and Scart sockets?

Just managed to get sound from scart ports 1 and 3. But still no joy from port 2 and the HDMI port.
