Hope someone can help with a problem my friend has ... he bought one of the Pioneer 50" Plasmas (which has the separate media box) and the 10m cableset so that the media box could be housed away in his AV rack.

The problem is that the 10m cableset is just a tad too short (by about 4ft!).

We can extend the DVI cable by a couple of metres without a problem (signal seems to remain intact with a 2m male to female DVI cable added in that we tried) but we have no idea what the connectors are on the control cable - anyone got any ideas what they are or where we might be able to find a male to female version of one of those cables (or even a female to female back to back adapter so we can try to use the original 2m control cable to extend the 10m one)?

Hope someone has an idea coz I'm stuck on this one!
