Pioneer LX6090 soundbar / analog sound is not working

I have a Pioneer LX6090H and suddenly the audio is not working.
I noticed that only the right speaker of the sound bar was working, then I tried to check the left one and I noticed that the cable was disconnected. Then I connected the cable to the left channel of the speaker and was still not working. After a couple of trials ( swtich cables, tried with other cables etc) the analog sound is not working. Usually the audio was connected to the Audio L+R on the back to an external amplifier and is not working as well. I tried my setup with another tv and is working great.
I tried to reset audio settings, but no success. My fear is that the audio circuit is broken.
Is there anything else I can do before calling a technician? Is there a way to factory reset the tv?

Thanks!

Edit: the only way to get audio working is to connect the headphone output to the external amplifier but I don't like this setup. I'm wondering if it possibile to use the digital optical output and convert it to analog but not sure which device I need to do the test.
