Pioneer LX-PDP 6090 or 6090H (digital Tuners and ethernet))

Standard Member
I live abroad and have the opportunity of buying either the Pioneer 6090 or 6090H. I notice that both have digital tuners. However my tv programmes are delivered by means of an ethernet socket connects to adigi box which in-turn connects to my (soon to be replaced) TV by the usual standard AV cables.

Can I utilise the inbuilt digital tuners even with my ethernet sockets or do I need to still use a separate digi box?

I notice that the 6090H has a ethernet socket. Can I utilise the socket to watch programmes?

I realise that the 6090H is not available in the UK and therefore answers may not be forthcoming but any help will be greatly appreciated.
