Pioneer are offering '2 free flights' to Boston or New York if you buy a 435 or 505XDE. I have downloaded the terms and conditions of this offer, but still confused. It states the screen must be purchased from an 'authorised dealer'.

Can web purchases count? I notice one web retailer giving the offer on line, but not clear as to terms. Another states that you have to buy via the showroom to qualify.

Can anyone shed any light on it?

    Hello There

I could be very much mistaking but I think You need to buy the plasma from an authorized Pioneer dealer. I think if a dealer is Pioneer authorized it will be called The works.

Have a look on the Pioneer web site and find Your nearest dealer

I bought mine from buyyourav.com online and have just applied for the tickets - as far as I can tell it was to be a "the works" dealer. You also get a 2 year warranty.
