pioneer elite 303 mcacc not seeing mic

all of a sudden my pioneer elite 303 receiver mcacc calibration is not seeing mic

getting a mic error

can someone help me out here i´m a little stumped

mcacc has worked many times and then this time keep getting check mic error

has anyone had this happen before
