I've just bought a Pioneer DVR-433H-s and I've set it up (I think) as it says in the instructions. I've connected as follows:

    - Scart lead from Sky Box ('VCR Scart' connection) to the Pioneer DVR ('AV2/AUTO START REC(INPUT 1/DECODER)' connection)
    - Scart lead from Pioneer DVR ('AV1(RGB)-TV AV' connection) to TV Scart connection.
    - RF Coax connection from aerial to 'Antenna' connection on DVR
    - RF Coax connection from 'RF Out' on DVR to 'Aerial in' on the Sky box
    - Satellite connection to Sky box

I'd be grateful for some advice as I've tried auto tuning the DVR but it only picks up the terrestrial channels and misses the Sky output completely.

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks

Connect the Sky TV Out scart to the Pioneer AV2 and set both to RGB.
You do not need to connect the aerial to the Sky digibox unless you want to receive analogue from the RF2 output on the digibox on a second TV in a bedroom or kitchen perhaps.
To record the Sky on your DVDR you need to select its AV2 input via the button on the DVDR remote usually labelled AV or INPUT or EXT.
